Customer called with water damage through the kitchen family and living areas. A copper pipe had a pin hole leak saturating drywall, cabinets, and flooring. The adjuster showed up early to this project before the demo took place so when he submitted his estimate it was very low. The money allowed to repair the water damage was not enough. We completed a comparison estimate that was much higher. We supported the estimate with photos and got everything approved. This project took 3 weeks to complete.
