Our customer called due to black stains during the replacement of the carpet. Within 24 hours we inspected the home and found a high amount of mold spores growing on the wood subfloor. We recommended for the floor to be treated with our Mold Removal steps and treatments before the installation of the new carpet. The mold was removed and the new carpet has been installed.
