We were called out due to an emergency by our customer in the evening hours. Our Flood Manager arrived on site within 45 minutes. Our flood technician immediately started taking photos to document all for the insurance company. We immediately started water extracting from floor and sanitizing the contaminated areas. Due to the amount of contaminated material, we had to remove walls, floor and cabinets to properly restore and sanitize to bring back to pre-loss condition. Our Reconstruction crew is working on the build back services.
