Washing Machine Leak Water Damage in San Diego, California

An upstairs neighbor had a faulty washing machine which caused a leak that affected the downstairs tenant. We arrived at the location and geared up with our PPE equipment. We set up a containment zone and placed our dehumidifiers into the space to dry the area. We worked with the upstairs tenant and affected tenant throughout the project and made sure they were satisfied with the result.
