Water Damage From Fridge Line in Coronado

The customer’s plumber contacted us when they found that their refrigerator water line was leaking. Upon our inspection we found that the water not only caused damage in their dwelling but had also moved down into the downstairs neighbor’s home, causing damage to their unit as well. Our team cleared and covered unaffected surfaces in the work area to protect them from damage, and removed all damaged building material. We then set up containment around the affected areas in both units and used specialized equipment to create drying chambers to maximize effectiveness.
