Water Damage from Water Heater in Chula Vista

The plumber called us in after he received a call for a leaking water heater.  We noticed that the stand that the water heater sits upon was completely saturated compromising the integrity of the stand itself. Working closely with the plumber, the water heater was removed and we were able to remove the compromised materials. Once the bones of the structure were exposed we were able to apply drying equipment to expedite the process.
