Water Damage From Water Heater In Encinitas, California

Plumbers called us out to a job where a leak in the water tank had caused damage to the closet surrounding the tank. During our inspection, we found that the water had moved through the walls affecting the living areas on the opposite side. To dry the building structure we constructed containment walls to protected undamaged areas. We then removed all damaged building materials and drywall about 1 ½ ft up from the floor. Using the containment, we created a drying chamber to expedite the drying process to the structure.
