Water Leak Detection in Chula Vista, California

A customer called about water dripping from the ceiling in their hallway bathroom. Using a thermal camera, the leak was pinpointed to the ceiling above the medicine cabinet. After opening up the ceiling and removing the pipe insulation a hairline leak was discovered at the elbow of the copper line. Plastic ducting was set up from the leaky pipe to the drain of the sink to minimize the water damage until the plumber could fix the leak. The water damage area was marked with blue tape ( moisture map).
