Water Leaking From Ceiling Light in Chula Vista

A customer called us when they noticed water dripping from the ceiling light in their bathroom. The plumbers found that there was a leak in the upstairs bathroom that was shown below. Our team accessed that the moisture was being held in the 1st-floor bathroom ceiling. We contained the bathroom and removed the wet drywall from the bathroom ceiling. We also set up an air mover, to dry the remaining structure, and a dehumidifier to pull the moisture back out of the air. This process is used to minimize drying time. Once the structure was completely dry, our Reconstruction team went in and installed drywall and the exhaust fan, textured and repainted the ceiling to have it blend seamlessly with the existing finish in the bathroom.
